At The WoMed you will hear humor, reality, and a serious passion for the world around us. We have discussions on self-care, emerging healthcare trends, education, activism, patient stories, and pop culture representation of the industry. Through conversations with some of the industry’s biggest experts and thought-leaders, we are excited to share and learn alongside you.
We hope this is not just a safe space for women in medicine, but members of the LGBTQ communities in medicine as well. Ensuring more people have a platform to amplify their voices is our #1 goal here.

Nurse, podcaster, all around do-gooder, Danielle spent 12 years in the NICU as a bedside nurse and charge nurse before creating The WoMed. In addition to podcasting, she works as an aesthetic Nurse Injector.

Nurse, artist, activist, and entrepreneur, Jackie brings 10+ years of healthcare experience to The WoMed. She is also founder & creator of Riot Healers, an ethical healthcare apparel brand, community health nurse and FNP student.
